Register for a single class with me on Eventbrite.

On the Carrie Doll Kinesiology Eventbrite page you can see and register for any upcoming classes.

Some equipment we may use during class:

- a strap (eg yoga strap, belt, housecoat strap, towel)

- pillow to rest your head

- something to help you sit comfortably (eg; pillow, cushion, yoga block, rolled up blanket)
