COVID -19
On June 26 2023, the Ontario Government removed the masking mandate for all setting including retirement and long-term care homes. As well, they are no longer recommending active screening.
Clients are not required to wear a mask during Kinesiology sessions with Carrie Doll. I will continue to respect everyone’s comfort level and if you wish to continue wearing a mask during our sessions, I invite you to do so. I may continue to wear a mask as I continually assess my own level of comfort and comfort level of individual clients.

Please continue to self-screen for symptoms and let me know if you are feeling unwell. Sessions will be automatically be cancelled if:

You or someone in your household tests positive for COVID-19

You or someone in your household has been told they should be isolating

Your retirement home is in outbreak status for COVID-19

Other infection control policies will remain in place; I will wash my hands or use hand sanitize before and after session (and encourage clients to do the same), any shared equipment used will be wiped with a sanitizing wipe or spray. I will not see clients whose retirement residence is has been deemed in an outbreak of COVID-19.
I reserve the right to reinstate the mask wearing and/or active screening policies​

Initial assessment

Initial assessment - $110.62+HST

Payment for initial assessment is due at the time of assessment

Kinesiology sessions:
-
30 minute session - $42.48 + HST
-
45 minute session - $60.18 + HST
-
60 minute session - $70.80 + HST​

Travel time: $0.46/km if session will take place outside of normal working radius
-
if travel time is 45min or greater then a rate of $30/hr will be added
