On Wednesday April 22 at 1:30pm, I will be hosting a gentle exercise class live on Facebook! This will be the first of a series of 4 classes I will be hosting. Each class with be about 30min in length. Equipment is not necessary but if you have a resistance band or weights or even some soup cans, you will have the option to use them.
