I am now accepting clients into my Telehealth Practice! Now, what does that mean?
That means that I will be using a Telerehab platform called 'Embodia' to see clients via video conferencing (Zoom for Healthcare). This platform is secure and abides by the PHIPA (privacy law).
So what will one of these virtual sessions look like?
Well, not that much different from an in-person session. The biggest difference being that I will not be able to give physical cuing. But you will still get a customized program to your needs and goals, motivation, accountability, verbal cuing as well as my experience and SMILE!
Exercise therapy and stretch therapy are great ways for managing your pain, chronic illnesses and overall wellness.
All you will need is a computer or tablet with an internet connection, camera and microphone as well as some space that you can move in!
